Feeling like Van Scoy was beginning to blend in rather than stand out, owner Caroline Hill decided it was time for a change.
Hill says, “Itʼs been a dream to own a building and to create a beautiful space to share with staff and customers.” She discovered an old office building on Penn Avenue, and her dream began to come to life. Hill, with the help of KMB Homes, went to work transforming the multi-office building into a beautiful new space with plenty of off-street parking and abundant light cascading in from the many interior widows. Hill says a big plus of the new location is “creating an environment that is happier and more positive.”
