




This easy and healthy guacamole is a staple party dip and doesn’t disappoint. Full of flavor and zest, it’s sure to brighten any table.

Ingredients

- 3 ripe avocados

- 1 Tbsp finely chopped red onion

- 2 heaping Tbsp finely chopped cilantro

- 2 tsp lime (or lemon) juice

- 1 Tbsp finely chopped jalapeno

- ½ tsp salt

- 2 cocktail, 1 Roma or 10 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
Instructions

- Mash your avocados with a fork until you have a mushy consistency. Add lime juice.

- Add finely chopped red onion and jalapeno, tomatoes, salt and cilantro. Mix all ingredients well. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Notes

- Feel free to use lemon juice if you don’t have lime available, but lime is encouraged.

- Make sure your avocados are soft to the touch and ripe.
