For good food and pure outdoor fun, head to Jimmy G’s Beverly Hills Tavern in Sinking Spring. From the beach bar to onsite games and entertainment, this eight-time Best of Berks winner has a lot to offer. April through November, they bring the beach to you — right here in Berks County. Jim Giuffrida, who co-owns the business with his wife, April, explains, “You get the summer at the shore feel when you’re sitting out there.” Customers love the summer menu, offering sandwiches, salads, and of course, seafood. It’s no wonder this beautiful outdoor area has won the hearts of Berks Countians. “It’s good food. It’s good entertainment. It’s a good place to meet your friends,” says April. “But most importantly,” Jim adds, “it’s the atmosphere.” — Jordan Brown
