
These chewy, gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate chip collagen cookies have a hint of orange, a hint of cardamom and gooey chocolate. They're a perfect small treat.

Ingredients
- ½ cup collagen
- 1 ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- 6 Tbsp coconut oil
- Zest of an orange
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, coconut oil, coconut sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine coconut and almond flour, collagen, baking soda, pinch of salt and cardamom and mix them well.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine well with a spatula.
- Lastly, add the chocolate chips and combine.
- Spoon the mixture on a large parchment paper-lined cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes on the top rack.
Notes
- You should get 15-18 cookies depending on how big you make them.
- Make sure you have enough space between the cookies so they don’t stick together.
