On this visit, Kevin selected Victory Brewing Prima Pils, Free Will Brewing Community Kölsch, and River Horse Tripel Horse. Each beer is distinctly different. This home chef offered some great pairings, beyond Mac and Cheese or Pot Roast recipes, to balance the each beer's flavor profile.
