Rock Hollow Woods Environmental Learning Center 615 Rock Hollow Rd., Birdsboro, Pennsylvania 19508
Art Journaling at Rock Hollow Woods is a one-week day camp that meets five afternoons. During the week, Kim Rottina, an elementary art instructor, and Jean McCarney, a retired elementary teacher, will engage youth campers in a variety of environmental experiences followed by opportunities to express themselves creatively in their art journals. Exploring fields, woods, and streams, campers will artistically journal while observing the natural environment. Following field observations and drawing, campers will expand sketches.
Campers will receive a Rock Hollow Woods t-shirt the first day of camp.
Appropriate for children in 2nd through 6th grades.
