☆The Governor Mifflin Theatre Department is proud to present this year’s production of Jesus Christ Superstar! A rock opera by Andrew Lloyd Webber, Jesus Christ Superstar loosely follows the Gospels’ accounts of the final week of Jesus Christ and goes beyond the Biblical text to include interpersonal conflicts between Jesus and Judas.
☆Our production includes a cast of 55 actors (ranging in age from 8 to 30) from Berks County and beyond, as well as a live pit orchestra and countless individuals contributing behind the scenes as members of our stage crew.
