Learn about reducing stress, stretching and minfulness with yoga! Join Sue Siegrist to talk, ask questions and learn how to bring mindfulness into your daily life. Wear comfortable clothing; yoga mats are not needed. Stretching and Meditations will be done with the use of chairs provided.
