and dressing your table for the coming holidays is just as important as putting together great outfits! I’ve rounded up items from Folino Estate Winery to incorporate in your tablescape this season that can also be used for entertaining throughout the year. By incorporating a relevant color palette, such as colored napkins or table linens, and seasonal elements like florals and menu items, these entertaining pieces will quickly become classics on your table for every occasion.

Rise Up!
You’ll find an abundance of boards available at Folino Estate and for good reason. They’re my favorite piece to entertain with, whether it be for charcuterie or corralling appetizers and desserts in little dishes. Mixing elements like the wood of the boards and the mini metal copper bowls keeps the visual look appealing. Wood risers are a great way to add height to your table as well, and can be used as a unique serving vessel.

Soup's on!
For me, soup is an essential dish for cooler weather entertaining. These soup bowls are ideal for serving alongside crackers or bread. The dishware is part of a reactive glaze collection, which is a popular style of dishware at the moment and gives a rustic appearance to your table.

Set the mood
Evoking the right ambiance is key to entertaining well. Candlelight is great for setting the mood and I love this matchstick holder that has a striker on the rim. Also, these preserved leaf vases are a beautiful vessel for holding dried floral arrangements or even make a statement just on their own as a centerpiece.

Taste Test
One of the final essential elements to dressing the perfect table is the wine. Folino Estate Winery certainly does not fall short with our offerings, including classics and blends, sangrias and ciders. If you’re serving a chilled wine, this rustic wine chiller keeps your wine cool and your table dry. Add a fun element to your evening and offer a wine tasting for your guests! Our amazing wine educators are more than happy to provide you with the information and education needed to give your guests an amazing experience at your table. And don’t forget if you’re a guest, never show up empty handed!
Say Cheese!
An easy, yet delicious and visually beautiful menu item to serve your guests, is baked brie. There are so many options for ingredients to use to tie in the flavors of the season. Here I used our brie baker to make a cranberry walnut version and then drizzled it with honey from a matching honey pot.
Red Wine Cranberry Walnut Baked Brie
Ingredients:
• Whole Wheel of Brie (8-9 ounces)
• 12-ounce package of cranberries
• 1 cup of Folino Estate Chambourcin
• 1 1/4 cup of sugar
• 1 orange
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• Honey for garnish
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Line a baking sheet or dish with parchment
paper or use our brie baker pot.
• Bake brie for about 12-15 minutes or until
it has softened.
• Meanwhile, combine the cranberries and
sugar in a saucepan. Pour in the red wine and
heat over medium. Zest the orange and add
to the pot; then halve the orange and squeeze
the juice into the pot. Add the cinnamon stick,
heat to low and continue to simmer, stirring
occasionally until the cranberries soften,
10-15 minutes. Any leftover cranberry sauce
can be frozen to enjoy with turkey later!
• Carefully transfer baked brie to a serving dish
if not using the brie baker and garnish with
cranberry mixture. Top with chopped walnuts,
add a drizzle of honey and serve with
crackers or bread.
