Postcards from the Present

These days, anyone with a smartphone can create lovely to capture the place and time in an image. But there’s nothing quite like a physical postcard to mail to friends and family, or post and frame at home. It’s an old-fashioned satisfaction that still delivers. Anthony (Tony) Iezzi, who photographs Berks County and surrounding areas — especially Lancaster — throughout the seasons offers up new views every year. “Technology has definitely impacted the picture postcard industry,” he says. “However, the longevity of a postcard is still preferred by many.”
