What’s special about this featured drink? Within this cocktail, the focus shapes around Lillet Blanc, an aperitif wine from France. Campari increases the natural flavor of the drink by incorporating an infusion of fresh herbs. The Campari also adds a bitter element to counteract the sweetness of the fresh fruits and leave a subtle, yet enticing, flavor. The addition of Canton Liquor adds a ginger profile, and the crisp cider component leaves a flavor of lingering warmness.
For what occasion would you recommend this cocktail? Any! As Valentine's Day approaches, it can be a refreshing drink to start a romantic evening. The flavor it incorporates can be enjoyed by men and women alike. It would also make a perfect party favorite. It could easily be made ahead of time for larger parties and could be served similar to a sangria or punch and filtered into a cup.
