Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½-3/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- If using canned chickpeas, drain and rinse.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel chickpeas and dry well on a towel, removing excess moisture.
- In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and toss chickpeas well.
- Lay chickpeas on a roasting tray and roast for 45 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes. I cooked them on the middle rack.
- Let cook and serve.
- Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container for up to a week.
