
Ingredients—
12 large pumpkin ravioli
12 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp crushed ginger
Preparation—
To make sauce, sauté olive oil, flour, garlic, wine, ginger, and heavy cream; let reduce.
2. Steam shrimp.
3. Boil ravioli.
4. Plate ravioli, topping each ravioli with one shrimp; then drizzle with sauce to your liking.
