Pumpkin Pie Martini
Ingredients:

- 2 oz RumChata liqueur

- 1 oz vanilla vodka

- 1 tsp fresh pumpkin puree (Can be a heaping tsp)

- Dash of ground cinnamon (Can substitute allspice)
Tools Needed:

- Shaker

- Strainer

- Ice

- Martini glass

- Jigger (optional for measurement)
Instructions: Fill shaker halfway with ice. Add RumChata, vanilla vodka, and fresh pumpkin puree to shaker. Place top on shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds, or until the outside of shaker gets frosty. Strain into martini glass. Top with a dash of ground cinnamon.
