What’s special about this featured drink? When I was asked to make a specialty cocktail, I wanted to make a drink that would appease everyone’s palate — a drink that someone who prefers beer, wine or liquor would enjoy. This is how I came up with the TINAmisu. I wanted to make a drink that described my manager/great coworker. Tina Grande Cirandine is exactly that. She runs a restaurant and aims to please and “appease” her customers as well as her employees. Tina loves bringing people together for celebrations of any kind. She not only works hard, but you can tell she loves what she does and treats her restaurant with the same dedication and love she gives her family. That is also how I feel about my job at GNA and my own family.
For what occasion would you recommend this cocktail?
The TINAmisu was created to adapt to any occasion. Due to the ingredients and the physical appearance of the drink itself, the occasion could be a wedding party, a night out with your friends, or something as simple as unwinding at the bar at GNA after a hard day at work. Every hour is a happy one at GNA. Besides the delicious food and drinks, you will get to experience some classic and entertaining candid moments between staff all while I am making your drinks, socializing and laughing with customers, and prepping to make sure your experience is one that you will love.

Have a Drink with Dana Loose
Dana was born and raised in Lancaster County and started working in the restaurant business at the age of 14 as a server at a campground. She was hooked. Explains Dana, “The restaurant business was in my blood. I fell in love with the chaos, the hustle and bustle of the business itself, all the knowledge of food and drinks I gained along the way, and most importantly, the relationships I developed with different customers; some who ‘til this day are still great friends. I ended up establishing my life in Berks County and being blessed with my husband of eight years and our two beautiful daughters who are my world. I have not turned back since and have no plans on disappearing from GNA. I would like to say they are ‘stuck with me.’”
Pair it with...
A secret optional ingredient if you’re ordering it at GNA. Ask your server or bartender for the ultimate fun pairing to this delicious drink.
