“Moving on…but not moving out!” — That’s the motto of these driven ladies of Classic Harley-Davidson.
The business of motorcycles is typically stereotyped as a male-dominant industry from start to finish. “We’re all very motivated to break that stereotype and show the community just how diverse and integrated it’s become. With 29 years of collective experience between us, we’ve been around the business for a while. Each of us has our license and we are experienced riders. It’s become our lives,” says Dot. “Classic H-D has recognized our potential and has given us the freedom to excel in our careers. With hard work, we’ve all established ourselves and gotten tremendous support from coworkers and customers as we take our careers to the next level. It’s empowering and motivating to see hard work pay off as a woman in this industry,” says Danielle. “None of us settle for mediocracy and want to use each day as a stepping stone to the next level. Our main goal is to portray the feeling of freedom that comes with being part of the Harley-Davidson family. It doesn’t matter if it’s through state-of-the-art merchandise and apparel, signing up future riders through Riding Academy or selling that first bike to a new rider. We’re here to show the world just how life-changing this sport of motorcycle riding can be,” says Jesa.
