D&B Elite Custom CEO, Dan Gring, and COO, Brennan Reichenbach, have been teammates for a long time. They first crossed paths at Elizabethtown College, where they were also roommates and played soccer together. Their construction careers began through internships with Ryan Homes. After graduating, they held positions with Richmond American Homes in the company’s Delaware Valley Division as construction site superintendents. In 2010, Dan and Brennan began flipping houses together while still working their full-time jobs. The first property they flipped was local, on Belmont Avenue in West Lawn. From here, they began building custom homes, officially starting their business in February of 2011. Dan and Brennan have collectively built more than 550 homes, and D&B just celebrated its 10-year anniversary.Â
