From Reading High School as VP, Deb was destined to being a leader in whatever, or wherever, her endeavors led her.
Almost immediately, the Perfetto Family saw her eagerness and willingness to learn. After 36 years, Deb is responsible for overseeing 18 employees that are based in Wyomissing and other parts of the United States.
By many, she is considered the “Rock of Perfetto,” as she has taken the full reigns with the sad passing of the founders. Like the Rock of Gibraltar that guards the Mediterranean Sea, she is always guarding the company, her associates and most importantly, the customers! She has been heard saying many times to her team, “Always take the proper amount of time to listen and fully understand the customers to make sure we meet their needs.”
With regards to her team, they feel Deb is approachable and fair, has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
It may seem that Deb never takes a break or relaxes, but she is truly a very sociable person that loves to maintain her long-term friendships. Besides her friends, she also loves spending time with her two daughters and her two rescue dogs, Nash and Tucker. Deb is an avid race fan, enjoys reading and scrapbooking and attends as many concerts as she can.
