Debbie Stiller, Director of Wellness and Aquatics at Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex, is passionate about promoting wellness and creating a fitness environment that's supportive and welcoming to all.
Debbie has a B.A. in Psychology from Central Connecticut State College and an M.S. in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia.
Debbie has worked with women suffering from trauma and debilitating eating disorders, as well as in the nursing home industry, ultimately finding her way to Body Zone, where she develops holistic health services for a diverse member population.
Devoted to animal rescue, she has volunteered at Best Friend Animal Sanctuary in Kanaab, Utah, and does so presently at the Animal Rescue League of Berks County. Canine friends aside, you'll find Debbie volunteering for Girls on the Run Berks County as head coach of the BZ team.
