As a third-generation community connector, Kristi dedicates herself professionally and personally to helping others, making connections and bridging employers with talent across multiple sectors.

Through investing time and energy into training and workforce development initiatives, Kristi serves the community in a number of ways, on the Berks County Workforce Development Board and Executive Committee, Berks Business Education Coalition Board, RACC Foundation Board, Greater Reading Chamber Alliance GRCCI Board, Literacy Council of Reading-Berks Board, TempNet National Staffing Association Board and Executive Committee and Reading Hospital Foundation Board in 2024. Kristi was named a Career Ready PA Coalition Champion by the PA Department of Education, and was also named to LVB’s Top Forty Under 40 and Women of Influence.
