Dr. Michelle Lee , owner of Fleetwood Dental, is proud to serve and provide comprehensive dentistry to the Berks County area for the past 17 years. She loves to treat her patients like family, holistically and comprehensively. In addition to her time with the practice, she teaches restorative microscope dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania Dental School and integrates microscope dentistry into her own private practice. Her leadership and innovative ideas extend to serving as board director and faculty member at the Pankey Institute, a nonprofit education center for practicing dentists, as well as a board director and president-elect to the American Equilibration Society (AES).
She approaches dentistry with precision and accuracy. She also brings an artistic perspective to her work. She is passionate about treating temporomandibular disorders and believes that the health of the jaw joints, the temporomandibular joint and having a stable bite/occlusion is fundamental to creating healthy and beautiful smiles. In today’s evolving dental industry, the role of women in dental leadership has grown significantly, and leadership in dentistry demands a balance of clinical expertise, business acumen and emotional intelligence. Dr. Lee is a leader in her profession, being invited to speak at many national dental conferences, teaching dental professionals and dental students, mentoring and continuing to give back in her profession.
Dr. Lee provides a comprehensive scope of dentistry, including treating temporomandibular joint disorders and sleep apnea, and offers dental appliance therapy, implant and cosmetic dentistry (which include total smile makeovers), Invisalign and veneers. She is also highly trained in Botox, dermal fillers to address lip esthetics (a key component to completing smile designs) and facial esthetics. The goal at Fleetwood Dental is to treat patients like family and collaborate with them in a relationship-based, health-centered philosophy of care.
“To all the women leading with integrity and passion,” says Dr. Lee, “thank you for paving the way and proving that leadership has no gender, color, race or religion. It’s about vision, dedication and impact.”
