Meet Nicole Behn. Nicole has recently been named Vice President of Sales for Edwards Business Systems (EBS). With more than 23 years of experience in the male-dominated office technology industry, the last 14 with EBS, she is the first female to have earned this title within the company. Nicole credits the family-owned company’s workplace culture with providing the atmosphere of mentoring, success and growth that has allowed her to rise from Equipment & Systems Sales to the Director of Managed & Professional Services to her most recent promotion. Nicole has set strong goals moving forward, not just for sales growth, but to uphold the company philosophy of always doing the right thing for their clients and being good stewards of the communities they serve. She states, “I work with amazing people whose dedication to a greater cause than themselves constantly awes me and pushes me to be better as a leader and a team member of this company. I have been so fortunate to have strong female role models throughout my career and am committed to give that back to women entering this industry.”
