Andrew, a graduate of The Hill School and Gettsyburg College, is an Executive Vice President of Benefits, responsible for new business development, management of his client accounts, and overall strategic planning of the agency. He is an active member of the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Sinking Spring YMCA.

Scott Troy, a Wilson High School and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill graduate, is the Director of Client Services. Scott manages the PK team of client services professionals ensuring that business partners receive an outstanding experience. He is a member of the Berks County Swimming Association board of directors and is involved in the local swimming and water polo community.
