Lava Flow
Ingredients:

- 1 oz Coconut rum

- 1 oz Bacardi Superior

- 1/2 oz banana liquor

- 1 banana

- Coconut cream
-
- Pineapple juice

- 4-6 Fresh strawberries

- Whipped cream
-
- Ice
-
- Pineapple slices
-
- Orange
Instructions: Mix coconut rum, Bacardi and banana liquor in a blender with 4-6 fresh strawberries. Pour into a 16-ounce glass. Clean the blender, then add ice, pineapple juice, coconut cream and 3/4 of a banana and blend thoroughly. Pour on top of your mixer in the 16-ounce glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a pineapple slice, the rest of your banana and an orange slice!

McKenzy Rene began bartending in 2011 at the Olive Garden. In 2013, he joined the Beverly Hills Tavern family, and in 2016, he was promoted to Bar Manager, his current position. Says McKenzy, “I love what I do. Meeting new people and building relationships is the greatest thing about the job!”
