Stress can feel overwhelming and ever-present in our lives. It’s natural, but too much of it can be affect overall health and performance. So, sometimes you need to step away from it all.     • Go for a Walk. A change of scenery can boost your well-being by creating a different mindset. Going for a walk can help you step away from all your stressors, allowing you to immerse yourself in the nature that surrounds you.
