Several years ago, Cathy Martin and Laurie Dawkins became fast friends while working together at a nonprofit. They shared the same passion and commitment to help women improve their lives through learning English. In 2020, they formed Workplace Talent Solutions to bring English language and foundational skills training into the workplace so entry-level employees would have the opportunity to advance their careers.
In November 2020, Workplace Talent Solutions rolled out their new training subscription plans that support an employee's career development through online courses, coaching and customized training. The subscription plans are designed for employers who desire to invest in their entry-level employees and are not sure where to start.
