Bree Kantner, owner of Pampered Paws Grooming by Bree, a 2021 Best of Berks winner for Best Pet- Friendly Business, loves that through her shop she can care for her community and the animals in it. She strives to create a safe and comforting space for pets, as well as a trusting relationship with their owners. Says Bree, “I strive for wagging tails!” Special care is given to anxious pets that may be fearful, helping them to desensitize and decompress. Near to Bree’s heart is local animal rescue Grey Muzzle Manor, which also focuses on mental health care, another cause important to Kantner, so she supports them every chance she gets. Bree practices continuing education and is Pet CPR and First Aid certified.
