An important pillar to the success of Lords & Ladies Salon and Medical Spa over the years is the outstanding continuing education they offer to their beauty professionals and support staff. Jackie Marcincavage has been with the company as a hairdresser since 2003 and became the Director of Education more than 14 years ago. During this time Jackie has been instrumental in developing one of the most renowned beauty industry continuing education programs in the country.
Each year, the company offers more than 700 hours of continuing education taught by its 14-person L&L Education Team, as well as internationally acclaimed platform artists including the likes of Sam Villa, representing professional brands including Redken, L’ORÉAL Professional, Keune, Circadia and more!
L&L beauty professionals receive lifelong learning, tools and resources to build an incredibly successful business within L&L. The L&L Education Center is located next door to the Douglassville salon and medical spa. The space is multi-functional and hosts everything from motivational speakers, to hands-on classes and special events. Any day of the week, one can find the L&L Ed Center bustling with up-and-coming talent learning new techniques and highly experienced veterans sharpening their skills.
In addition to the ongoing in-person education offered by L&L, Jackie spearheaded the development of LLSALONSEDU.COM: an on-demand video platform that provides 24/7 access and education to staff, current cosmetology students and other educators. In fact, during the COVID shutdowns, L&L opened LLSALONSEDU.com to local beauty schools so that students could continue to learn even when they could not be in the classroom.
