With a combined 30+ years of experience, Lauren Minnich and Shannon Strouse know how to train future leaders! The owner and head instructor (respectively) of Wyomissing ATA Martial Arts utilize martial arts training to teach life skills and lessons in service leadership. Their mantra is that “great leaders create more leaders,” and their internship program is a demonstration of this. Interns spend four years being groomed to become marketable, full-time instructors upon graduating from high school. Pictured above, ATA’s interns (Kayla Witzel, Kyle Stocum and Grace Moyer) model leadership through high academic standing, discipline in their personal training, and dedication to the students.
