Heather Colon, Residential Director; Shannon Tennant, Residential Associate Director; and Felipa Vasquez Dominguez, Day Services Instructor, are three women who are making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities while building a career in human services with Prospectus Berco. Through its tuition reimbursement program, Prospectus Berco affords women opportunities to continue their education while working. Many women have gone on to become nurses, guidance counselors, and social workers, while others advance their careers with us.
