Ryan Breisch
Ryan Breisch began his career with the Literacy Council of Reading-Berks in 1993 as a volunteer tutor. He joined the staff as the ESL coordinator while still in high school. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Spanish, he became the Executive Director, providing administrative and financial leadership to the agency.
The Literacy Council is celebrating 50 years of providing effective adult education programs focused on reading and writing proficiently, becoming a productive citizen, preparing for work, and achieving success on the job. The Literacy Council staff can work with you or your company to develop job skills, to be a better parent, and to give back to the community.
Ryan lives in Muhlenberg Township with his wife, Jillian, and sons, Matthew, Benjamin and Andrew.
