Kelli began her career with The Loomis Company in 1980. She has received her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation and Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Kelli has worked as a Customer Service Representative, Claims Manager and Account Manager in the Commercial Property and Casualty Division. Through drive and determination, Kelli has become one of The Loomis Company’s top Account Executives. Being customer service oriented, she enjoys working with businesses, reviewing their current insurance programs and discussing their total cost of risk.
Diane joined The Loomis Company in 2010 as a Risk Management Specialist, focusing her efforts on workers’ compensation. From there, she received her P&C license and moved into the role of Claims Director for the Property Casualty Division. Her 25+ years of claim handling experience with several major carriers has provided her with a diverse background in numerous areas of insurance. Diane finds the agency side much more rewarding, as she prefers the face-to-face interaction with clients to better understand their businesses and the challenges they face. Diane feels a single claim can have a significant impact on a company. The most rewarding part of her job is knowing she was able to help her client in their time of need.
