White and Lord
The White and Lord Group at Morgan Stanley was formed over 10 years ago at the beginning of “The Great Recession.” Working as individual Financial Advisors, Tom and Adam realized there was never a time when clients needed more help navigating the economic and investment landscape. They set out to build a group within Morgan Stanley, combining their experience (now 40+ years) and resources to better serve families in the Berks County area.
Our clients work with a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ who helps identify their financial goals and constructs a financial plan which covers cash flow needs, debt management, and risk management. This forms the foundation for the Investment Plan, where suitable investments are analyzed and chosen. Education and client events are still a core focus of the team and have helped them differentiate themselves from the traditional advisor. They host events to cover market updates, cyber-security, social security options, and long term care options amounting some of the most popular topics.
Thomas White, Senior Vice President, began his career with Morgan Stanley in 1994 after attending the University of Pittsburgh. Adam Lord, Vice President, is a graduate of the University of Richmond and joined the firm in 2000. While professionally the group focuses on helping their clients, they are also very active in the community and work with the Olivet Boys and Girls Club, The Children’s Home of Reading, the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Opportunity House.
