How do you sift through all the “facts” to find what’s real?
For more than 50 years, the World Affairs Council of Reading (a best kept secret) has been doing just that. By featuring national and local experts speaking on international issues at our breakfast and lunch gatherings (you don’t need to be a member of WAC to join us), we open minds, explore ideas and leave with a better understanding of world affairs and how they impact our community. We believe that an informed community is a better community in which to live.
Check out our 2017-18 speaker series at wacreading.org or call 610.375.7880 for a brochure.
And thank you! Your attendance at our events and your donations enable us to sponsor local high school students at the National World Quest Academic Competition in DC each year. Let’s strengthen our future together!
