Ingredients
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 2 Tbsp finely hibiscus flowers
- 2 Tbsp rose petals
- 2 tsp dragon fruit powder
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1/3cup water
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Option 1
- Add hibiscus, rose petals and water to a small pot and bring to a simmer, remove from heat and let the herbs infuse for 5-10 minutes. By this time, the infusion will be mostly cooled.
- Strain the infusion and add it to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend and serve over ice.
Option 2
- Combine dragon fruit powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, rose water and sweetener of choice (if using) in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- You can use maple syrup or honey as a sweetener if you’d like or enjoy without.
- You can make this hibiscus iced latte hot by simmering the milk.
