- A handful of fresh basil
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp good Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

- 1.5 cups plant-based milk if you want to go vegan (unsweetened almond milk is a good choice)
