Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 Tbsp cacao
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop collagen (skip for vegan)
- 1.5 cups almond, cashew or coconut milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and blend well for one minute.
- Serve right away.
* For a more liquid consistency, add in 1/2 cup more nut milk.
