Bell Tower has been a beauty and wellness staple in Berks for 27 years. Like the solid framework of its campus, transformed into a unique tapestry of restored charm, the staff also continues to grow and fine tune their talents to exceed guests’ expectations.
Owner Carolyn Helms beautifully reinvigorated a corner in the heart of Wyomissing and fostered the staff to meet the requirements to provide a high level of artistry and care to its guests. Bell Tower’s goal is to provide the most unique and pleasurable experience possible. Carolyn’s lead team consists of four women who have been by her side for 10-16 years. These women have earned a leadership role with 5-star service, training and mentoring. They are the “experience leaders“ at Bell Tower.
To Carolyn, creating an inviting work environment, providing the best training tools, and sharing her knowledge and expertise with people passionate for their craft creates a team that will provide visitors with the level of service that makes her proud.
