Over the last 45 years, the Bell Tower Salon Spa has become the top beauty and wellness destination of Berks County and beyond. From its expert services to its elite team of service providers, the Bell Tower has transformed from a historic stable into an innovative campus under the leadership of owner Carolyn Helms.
Carolyn has been a pioneer in Berks County beauty since 1999. Now Carolyn leads a team of more than 60 employees, whom she credits for the Bell Tower’s ongoing success.
“We’re all in this together and every team member is key,” explains Carolyn. “Working together, we become better.”
Most recently, Carolyn and the Bell Tower’s leadership team participated in the Oribe Atelier, a memorial event for the late Oribe Canales. Held in New Orleans, more than 200 stylists participated in the hands-on workshop that did more than teach technique; it sparked inspiration.
The Bell Tower has since started an expansion initiative. From hiring new service providers, to expanding clinical skincare services, the entire team works collaboratively to provide 5-star service, training and mentoring.
The Bell Tower’s motto is simple, “You belong here.” From guests to new or seasoned service providers, you truly belong at the Bell Tower.
