Christos Kaltsas
Since he was 14, Christos Kaltsas has dreamed of owning his own diner. After his high school graduation in 1982, he found a place in Shoemakersville and named it Dutch Valley Diner. Christos explains, “I gave my soul for what I was doing at 21, and I still do today at age 54 with the tireless support of my wife Victoria. Today, we have successfully established a thriving business at Red Plate Diner in Wernersville. We are constantly improving our systems and menu choices and maintaining our reputation for running the cleanest diner in Berks.
We couldn’t do it without our friendly, hard-working staff and all of our guests who support us, love us, and share their wonderful experiences with others. Won't you join us today and visit redplatediner.com?”
