As an entrepreneur, Matthew Breyer has 20 years of experience in the residential remodeling industry. He serves as President of Breyer Construction & Landscape, which he founded in 2001, specializing in designing and building custom outdoor living spaces and residential remodeling projects. Matt also serves as President of Crestmont Heritage, a residential home building business serving the local marketplace by providing modular-based, energy-efficient housing; and Kat Equipment, built to vertically integrate and support the other two construction firms, providing excavation services and equipment. With industry education from Penn State and Virginia Tech, certifications by industry manufacturers, regular contributions to industry publications, and holding the office of President for the North American Deck and Railing Association, Matt proves to be a leader in the industry.
