Rachel Eskin has created perhaps the most relaxing and restorative space in Berks County –The Salt Lounge, based in Wyomissing. Rachel was inspired to introduce her community to salt therapy, along with its many applications for physical and mental health, after discovering how effective it was for her own struggle with allergies. In addition to the revitalizing power of salt-infused air, Rachel brings guided meditation, yoga, massage, reflexology, and reiki to her clients, making The Salt Lounge an oasis for total mind and body wellness – a place where people can unplug, unwind and practice the often neglected art of self-care.
