Raised in Alaska, Tom graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Dental School. He completed his endodontic residency at Fort Bragg, NC, in the US Army and was honorably discharged as a Major before moving to Sinking Spring.
At Compassion Endodontics, Dr. Graham strives to use modern technology to provide high quality, evidence-based endodontic specialty care while treating patients with the utmost compassion.
In his brand new, state-of-the-art facility, Dr. Graham utilizes 3-D imaging/“CBCT” and High-Definition microscopes to diagnose and treat the most complicated endodontic cases. Dr. Graham’s excellent care starts with an emphasis on patient education and ends with prompt, detailed reports sent to referring dentists to ensure continuity of care. During treatment, Dr. Graham and his staff offer a variety of comfort items — from music to pillows, even a therapy dog visit.
Dr. Graham believes every person is worthy of compassion and respect. He wants to show compassion to his patients as well as the community. Therefore, he is partnering with Hope Rescue Mission. For every root canal performed, a person experiencing homelessness receives overnight shelter and three meals.

Dr. Amanda was born in Ohio, moving to Bucks County, PA, Southern California and Tampa, FL, before recently settling into Berks County with her family. She attended the University of Florida, graduating in 2007 magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In May of 2011, she graduated in the top 10 of her class from Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Klayum entered the United States Air Force. She was initially stationed at Offutt AFB in Omaha, NE, where she completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. After spending a year in Omaha, she was relocated to Langley AFB in Hampton, VA, where she cared for patients for four years. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association.
In her free time, Dr. Klayum loves watching and participating in all sorts of sports and spending time with her husband, Todd, their children, Ryan and Alexis, and their dog, Peppers.

After receiving her dental degree, Dr. Smith completed three years of specialty training in the field of Prosthodontics at UCLA’s Advanced Prosthodontics Residency Program, followed by an additional one-year residency at UCLA in Maxillofacial Prosthetics, making her one of only 350 Maxillofacial Prosthodontists worldwide.
Dr. Smith returned to our area in 2009 to become the first female Clinical Director of the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic, the oldest clinic in the world devoted to the treatment of children born with facial birth defects, a position she held for seven years.
In 2015, Dr. Smith opened Berks Prosthodontics in Wyomissing, bringing her specialty training back to her hometown.
